You will be responsible for all curation of marketing content and lead a project from conception to execution, ensuring brand standards across all outcomes and touchpoints. Note: This is a hybrid role requiring up to 2 days per week in the office.


  • Leads, coaches and mentors the creative team of 10 people in three streams – copy, design, video and digital
  • Working closely with the Marketing Director, helps develop creative direction, new concepts and branding and activation campaigns as well as creative platforms and creative design solutions across the business
  • Responsible for translating brand language across all touchpoints and ensuring quality assurance of end results and adherence to brand consistency and guidelines
  • Oversees the development and creation of all marketing content, helping the team accomplish creative initiatives in an effort to drive the company’s design standard
  • Helps evolve brand identity across the company’s portfolio
  • Leads the development and adaptation of creative content to suit all brand audiences such as B2C and B2B
  • Ensures that all brand experience touchpoints – offline and online, are connected and accounted for
  • Leads visual creative development for in-camp/in-product support (such as maps, checklists, room deliveries, menus, wine lists, uniforms, team branding, etc.) vehicles); marketing communication (full-line campaigns), sales support (such as brochures, agent manuals, trade show concepts and materials), corporate stationery and internal launches
  • Develops the conceptualization – including storyboarding, briefing and overall art direction of our brand videos, as well as overseeing creation and releases
  • Contributes to the development of marketing strategy and brand plans during brand planning cycles and ongoing strategic conversation
  • Collaborates with external branding agencies, professional writers, photographers and videographers as needed to source cutting-edge content
  • Ensures rigorous processes are in place for efficiency and productivity, allowing the team to have clear ideas on workflows, deadlines and requirements
  • Collaborates with key internal stakeholders as needed.

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • A degree in visual arts or equivalent experience in a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in creative development, including at least five on the side of a design agency and in a senior design leadership role
  • Strong design experience with the ability to do detailed design in various software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma/Sketch)
  • Experience leading a team of creatives and ability to mentor, coach and inspire
  • Solid digital experience and exposure to established and successful brands
  • Experience in the luxury brand sector and exposure to the luxury hospitality industry (very advantageous)
  • A strong designer with the ability to conceptualize and execute luxurious and aesthetic design
  • Excellent storyteller and confident presenter
  • Ability to marry creativity with business acumen and public knowledge
  • Expertise and exposure to UX and UI digital design, graphic design, print and campaign work
  • An understanding of the written word and the ability to ensure an accurate tone and brand message across executions
  • Exposure to several software and design tools; constantly seek to improve processes and working methods
  • Conceptual and innovative thinking
