A photography studio and a former fishmonger’s are up for auction in Norwich.
Neighboring businesses are located in Magdalen Street and they are in the market with Auction House East Anglia.
They belong to the same seller but the buildings will be auctioned separately.
However, there may be an opportunity for any potential buyer to purchase both buildings.

In Magdalen Street, a former fishmonger’s with a two-storey maisonette is to be auctioned with a guide price of £90,000-110,000.
