Tokyo just received its first snowfall of 2022

Snow is not common in Tokyo, but we already have our first snowfall of 2022. As the New Years celebrations wrapped up and people returned to work, temperatures fell to zero degrees in Tokyo today. ‘hui (January 6) and we expect to see about 6 cm of snow covering the ground, according to NHK. It has been two years since the city last saw snow in March 2020, and many Tokyoites have stepped out to capture the beautiful view.
